We are now looking for an administrative person to help us continue to prosper.
Because of the nature of landscaping, the hours will vary greatly by the season.
Spring and Fall being the busiest with winter months being very slow.
This is also a work from home position - so likely a good fit with a stay-at-home parent.
Responsibility will fall into two main areas.
The successful candidate will have experience with typical bookkeeping and Quicken.
They will track spending, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Monthly profit and loss statements for the company, manage bi-weekly payroll through our payroll service.
May assist with estimates as well.
The successful candidate will also have significant contact with our customers.
Maintaining the excellent level of customer service that we have established is critical.
You will work closely with the owner to handle client communication, inquiries and requests.
Scheduling estimates as well as weekly and monthly work schedules.
Work cell phone will be supplied by the company.
Benefits include PTO, flexible hours and work from home.
There is a possibility that we'll offer 401K match in the near future.
Because this is a new position, the required number of hours for the position have not yet been determined.
Our best estimate is that at busiest times of the year the tasks could require 20+/- hours a week.
There will be no set hours to accomplish the tasks, but it is a 5 day a week position.
The work can be done when the new hire is available.
Pay will be determined by experience.
